WARRANTY & RETURN

Workmanship:
Our products are produced using industrial production processes and hand craftsmanship.
There may be slight differences due to the nature of the material and the stages of production, because the products that are handcrafted in the production stages are always unique. They may differ slightly from the images on the site.

Material:

It consists of elastic threads/bodies or pieces and closing accessories.

We check our products again before packaging them. However, if you detect an error due to production / delivery, please contact us immediately.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The customer can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date of the product.

If the reason for this return is a production/delivery error, Kavuus Shop will provide a replacement with a new product or a refund without charging any fee.

If the reason for the return is dislike/cancellation, shipping costs belong to the customer.
When the product is received by Kavuus Shop, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

The product and its packaging you want to return must be undamaged and unused, and must be sent completely with its original packaging.
